Sagility Q3 FY26 Results: Revenue Jumps 36%, Profitability Improves
Sagility Limited reported a strong performance for the third quarter of FY26, delivering robust revenue growth and improved profitability, supported by solid execution and organic expansion in its healthcare-focused business.
Strong Q3 FY26 Performance
For the quarter ended December 31, 2025, Sagility posted consolidated revenue of ₹19,712 million, registering a 35.7% year-on-year growth. In constant currency terms, revenue grew by 29.1%, highlighting healthy underlying business momentum. Organic revenue growth stood at 19.9% year-on-year.
Profitability also strengthened during the quarter. Adjusted EBITDA came in at ₹5,125 million, growing 24.2% YoY, with margins at 26.0%. Adjusted Profit After Tax (PAT) rose 23.0% YoY to ₹3,229 million, representing 16.4% of revenue.
Earnings performance remained stable, with basic EPS at ₹0.57, reflecting a 23.9% YoY increase, while adjusted basic EPS stood at ₹0.69, up 23.0% year-on-year.
Nine-Month FY26 Performance Shows Consistency
For the nine months ended December 31, 2025, Sagility reported consolidated revenue of ₹51,686 million, marking a 29.2% YoY increase (24.2% in constant currency terms). Organic growth during the period was 18.0% YoY, indicating sustained demand across its core service offerings.
Adjusted EBITDA for the nine-month period rose to ₹13,164 million, up 25.3% YoY, with margins at 25.5%. Adjusted PAT surged 44.3% YoY to ₹8,236 million, improving margins to 15.9%.
Earnings showed strong momentum, with basic EPS at ₹1.42, up 82.7% YoY, while adjusted basic EPS increased 41.7% YoY to ₹1.76.
