Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders Q3 FY26 Results: Revenue and Profit Rise
Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders Ltd (MDL) reported a robust set of financial results for the third quarter of FY 2025–26, posting healthy growth in revenue, profit, and earnings per share on both a year-on-year (YoY) and quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) basis. The performance reflects steady execution of defence shipbuilding projects during the quarter.
Mazagon Dock Q3 FY26 Revenue Performance
For the quarter ended Q3 FY26, Mazagon Dock’s revenue from operations stood at ₹3,601 crore, compared with ₹3,144 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. This translates into a year-on-year growth of around 15%.
On a sequential basis, revenue increased sharply by about 23% from ₹2,929 crore reported in Q2 FY26. The strong QoQ rise indicates higher activity levels and improved project progress during the quarter.
Profit After Tax (PAT) Shows Steady Growth
Mazagon Dock reported a profit after tax (PAT) of ₹880 crore in Q3 FY26, up from ₹807 crore in Q3 FY25, marking a YoY growth of approximately 9%.
On a quarter-on-quarter basis, PAT rose by around 17% compared to ₹749 crore posted in the previous quarter, supported by higher revenue and stable operational performance.
EPS Improves Year-on-Year
The company’s earnings per share (EPS) for Q3 FY26 came in at ₹21.8, compared with ₹20.0 in the same quarter last year. The improvement in EPS reflects growth in net profit during the period.
