 Waaree Renewable Technologies Q3FY26 Results: Revenue Jumps 136% YoY

Waaree Renewable Technologies  reported a strong financial performance for the third quarter of FY26, recording its highest-ever quarterly revenue. The company announced its unaudited consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025.

During Q3FY26, revenue from operations stood at ₹851.06 crore, registering a year-on-year growth of 136.18% compared with ₹360.35 crore in the same quarter last year. The strong growth was supported by higher project execution in the solar EPC segment.

EBITDA for the quarter rose to ₹158.80 crore, reflecting a growth of 120.79% year-on-year. The EBITDA margin for the quarter stood at 18.66%. Profit after tax (PAT) increased to ₹120.19 crore, marking a year-on-year rise of 124.74%, with a PAT margin of 14.12%.

For the nine months ended December 31, 2025 (9MFY26), Waaree Renewable Technologies reported revenue of ₹2,229.03 crore, up 98.81% year-on-year. EBITDA during the period stood at ₹434.28 crore, registering a growth of 135.29%, while profit after tax rose to ₹322.93 crore, reflecting a year-on-year increase of 138.92%.

Margins for the nine-month period showed improvement, with EBITDA margin at 19.48% and PAT margin at 14.49%, indicating operational efficiency and scale benefits.

The company reported a strong unexecuted order book of 2.92 GWp, providing revenue visibility for upcoming quarters. Waaree Renewable Technologies continues to operate as a key player in the solar EPC space and has also expanded into Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and data centre projects.
